A) THE DIFFICULTIES /disadvantages 

Communication and sharing of the work

As every teammate was known before by each other, getting steady communication inside the group has not been very difficult. This also has involved a good working environment, which helps us feel free to express our opinions, thoughts and points of view at the time of solving a problem. 

Up to now, there has not been any problem at the time of sharing the work, but as prevention to this, the group decided to sign a contract in which appeared some of the rules that all teammates should always respect, and in that way, avoid much of the of internal problems that could appear in a future.

OIER ZABALA

The adaptation of the group has been quite easy because we are two pairs that the last year we were in the same groups. We are two pairs a little bit different, each one can contribute different and we think that is going to be a good year as a group, because in this 3 week we have support each other to do different tasks.

As a group we have a common goal and is to do the best possible the erronka, but individually each one has the own goals, this goal is influenced in the near future, have good marks to next studies, good marks this year to get a work…

B)   POSITIVE ASPECTS :

This year with the new group, we are learning different techniques among us, because Andoni and me last year, we work with different techniques as Iker and Oier.

In the group, we support each other, and if one has a question, the rest of the group tries to help them.

The most advantages that have this group, is that every members live in Amorebieta-Etxano, and we can coordinate easily.

C) SOLUTIONS YOU PROPOSE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS  

We have had a problem today, and to resolve it we had to ask for help to Teachers. We are new studenst in 2DFM and some programs are new for us, so we are lost in some sections; like KATIA. Firstly, we have had some problems with our license, if you don´t have that license you can´t open the program.

But we seid it to teachers and they help us giving more license, and now we can use all students Katia without problems.
